Most bubble tea bottles use 38mm, 53mm or 68mm necks. Sealing film, aluminum caps and PP caps must match the neck exactly — always confirm this first.
Common capacities are 250ml–1000ml. Leave 10–15% headspace for sealing and shaking.
Two bottles of the same capacity can differ by 5g in weight. Lighter bottles cut shipping and material cost, but too thin walls deform during transport.
Confirm pcs per carton and carton dimensions so you can calculate container loading precisely.
